I mark it up to being unable to manage the pressure I'm sure I would do the same in his position. Trump is less presidential than Biden and where Trump can speak (often garbage nonsense that seems primarily auto pilot like phrases) when pressed for a real answer he flubbed. It would be unsurprising if he meant "standby" but I'm not jumping to that conclusion right away. The real issue is that both candidates are big old standing piles of poop. We need smarter candidates more accountability more taxes on the rich better education less policing more social services.
