 I like learning about the truth of things; seeking Official OF Odd Future Shirt truth is my only purpose in life. Philosophy was too difficult for me, and psychology/history/etc. too easy. So when I was 22, I started studying Mathematics--and I felt like I was "home". I eventually got my B.A. in the subject, and now I spend all my spare time learning about Math. What keeps me going is there's always more to learn about almost any subject in Math, and it takes years to master. Plus it's a cheap hobby. A $100 textbook on, say, differential geometry, can keep you busy for an entire year.I have no need for friends, paramours, money, or status. I live in poverty, but I'm happier than I was when I was chasing all those things. I'm 37 and there's probably enough material in the Math books I own to keep me occupied for life.

I was at some sort of work thing, and started talking to a guy who was obviously gay. We started talking about philosophy, and I thought he was a cool guy.  Reddit was not the best place to ask this Funny  Dream Merch Crowns Not Frowns Shirt question. I'd wager that only a small percentage of Redditors are Black. I'd wager that only a tiny percentage of Redditors are police officers. Finding a Black police officer is hard enough.
