I feel you I just finished the series and I think it was my least favorite book, but by no means a bad book. I liked the world building, the biopic aspect of Leto II, and trying to put the pieces together since 3,500 years has passed. On the other hand I thought Frank Herbert was intentionally trying to see how philosophical and complex he could make the book. Ya I just wasn't smart enough to understand everything maybe a re-read down the line will improve it for Nice Sydney Roosters Just A Girl In Love With Her Roosters Vintage Retro Shirt me.I find it kind of odd that one hasn't been released yet. I doubt Dune will release in theaters this year, but the fact that there's four months left in the year with little marketing and no trailer makes me wonder how much faith the studio has in the project.I think my favorite thing about Denis  is that it looks like they really are trying. All of his films are honest attempts to make something amazing. Even if the film isn't great I'll still be very happy that some tried very hard to make something good.As a massive Dune fan, I’m just happy to see someone like Denis taking a shot at it. Not only is he a generational talent but he’s incredibly passionate about the source material. If he can’t pull it off then it’s just not meant to be and I can live with that.
